I began removing trash from seasonal homes in a small pick-up truck in the summer of 1987. Now, 37 years later, my business has grown to a fleet of over 20 trucks and we handle everything from residential and commercial trash to portable storage, temporary fencing, construction waste and a variety of portable restroom styles. No matter how successful my business becomes, I never forget my humble beginnings and where I came from. I am confident in our ability to provide outstanding customer service, quality products and competitive prices. With the introduction of the Pay-As-You-Throw program, there is a town regulation, in Wellfleet, that requires us to offer trash and recycling pickup at a bundled price. As long as you have our service you will NOT need to purchase any of the special purple trash bags. We do not require a deposit for the use of our 95 gallon trash toters or recycle bins. At the end of the season, we will gladly come by and pick up any of our equipment at absolutely no cost or inconvenience to you. Our goal is to make your disposal needs completely stress-free so you and your guests can spend time exploring all the Cape has to offer. A minimum of 6 consecutive weeks of service is required to constitute a seasonal subscription at the rates listed. 2. Customer agrees they are purchasing seasonal subscription rubbish service. Subscription is to be paid in full prior to service commencing. 3. Frequent changes in services or service dates, will be assessed a $30.00 administrative fee. 4. Seasonal Subscriptions are non-refundable, however services cancelled in advance will be credited to your M.A. Frazier account, to be used towards future services. 5. Prices are calculated to include up to 95 gallons of trash. Additional trash removed above and beyond this volume will be billed accordingly. 6. We encourage the use of M.A. Frazier trash/recycling toters, which would be on loan to you at no cost for the duration of your seasonal services with us. You may choose to use your own barrels, of equal total volume (95 gallons). Please ensure each barrel weighs no more than 50 pounds, as our drivers will have to manually lift them into the compactor. 7. The following CANNOT be taken during regularly scheduled services: batteries, tires, building debris, yard materials (leaves, etc.), mattresses, appliances, furniture, hazardous materials. Should our drivers find these items mixed into the regular trash, your service may be skipped until the prohibited items have been removed. 8. “Emergency Runback” service may be available. Call the office for pricing and availability. 9. Routes begin at 6:00a.m. and are frequently reorganized throughout the season. Make sure your trash/recycling is out by 6AM on your service day, as the time in which we arrive at your address may change without notice throughout the season. 10. Anything placed within 10 feet of trash cans MAY be considered trash and removed. Be sure not to leave anything near the trash barrels that is not trash! 11. Once we receive your completed order form, your services will be scheduled, your credit card will be processed, and a receipt will be mail/emailed for your records.
